My full fee is typically $200-$250 per 50 minute session. 

 

I accept Medicare (if it is the primary payer), but have a limited number of Medicare slots available. Individuals are financially responsible for any session costs that are not paid by Medicare or the Supplemental Insurance to primary Medicare. 

 

If you have a PPO, you are likely to be able to obtain some reimbursement for your sessions with an out-of-network psychologist. Make sure you call your insurance company to verify this (and the percentage of their allowed fee that you will be reimbursed) before your first session, since I am unable to guarantee reimbursement of your expenses by your insurance company. I will provide you a monthly statement that you then submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement.

 

Payment for sessions is at the beginning of each session by cash, check, or Zelle.
