My full fee is typically $200 per 50 minute session. 

Sessions with more than two individuals start at $225 per 50 minute session.

I also have a sliding scale for those who cannot afford the full fee. Please inquire about the rate you might qualify for, if you cannot afford to pay the full fee. Note: The sliding scale fee is based on a client's personal financial situation, the mode of treatment requested, frequency of attendance, whether the client is using insurance for partial reimbursement, and availability of sliding scale spots.

I accept Medicare (if it is the primary payer) and American Behavioral Insurance. I will process the billing for Medicare and ABI. 

If you have a PPO, you are likely to be able to obtain reimbursement for sessions with an out-of-network psychologist. Make sure you call your insurance company to verify reimbursement and the percentage before your first session, since I am unable to guarantee reimbursement of your expenses by any insurance company. I will provide you a monthly statement that you then submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement.

Payment for sessions should be made at the beginning of each session by cash or check. I also accept payment through the IVY system, which allows you to pay by credit card, debit card, HSA, or other forms of payment accepted by the IVY payment system.
